I realize I have not created a wedding blog since May and that honestly just speaks volumes about the chaos that has been the year 2021. So, before I fully let Fall come to an end at my house, I figured I’d blog my most recent wedding of the year! (And hopefully work my way backwards through 2021 when I have more time this winter)
Tyler and Steph were married at Dulany’s Overlook at the end of October! I’ve known Tyler since Elementary School, so this was another one of those extra special weddings. I hadn’t met Steph until their engagement session last year, but after hanging out that day, I adore these two together!
Some highlights from their wedding day:
The bridal party! It’s rare to find a crew that comes together like Steph and Tyler’s friends. All day long everyone could be found singing, cheering and dancing together. Everyone deserves a hype crew like the ones they have.
The ceremony in the woods: One of my favorite wedding ceremony locations. It made for a beautiful place to exchange their vows with family and friends.
Steph surprising her mama with a dance! Such a sweet moment with one of my favorite Carrie Underwood songs!
Tyler surprising his mom with their first dance song being sung by his sister, Katie. His mama was in complete shock!
Icing the entire wedding. That’s right, I said the entire wedding. The bar tender came out with a giant box of Smirnoff Ice’s and began passing them out. What a way to kick off the rest of the evening!
